Chocolate frosting. Oh, just the sound of it rolls off the tongue.
The awesome thing about this dairy-free frosting is that you can eat it as frosting, or refrigerate it for fudge.
Fudge, people.
There are only 2 ingredients in this: chocolate chips and coconut milk.
And then, you’re left with chocolatey awesomeness. I’m telling you, this dairy-free chocolate frosting will be the icing on the cake! (Pun intended.)
You can use it on cake, cookies, or brownies like I did:
Note: make sure you allow this to cool completely if you want the “frosting” texture. Otherwise, it will be more runny.

Ingredients

- Combine ingredients in a double boiler and heat until melted.
- Pour into desired container, and let cool completely before using.
- If you want fudge, just refrigerate! Otherwise, leave out at room temperature to store, it should last up to a week.
