I love Asian-inspired dishes.
This Clean Sesame Chicken is easy to throw together, but tastes like it’s from a restaurant!

Ingredients
- For the chicken:
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup avocado or coconut oil
- For the sauce:
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos (I get mine at Whole Foods)
- 3 TBSP water
- 1.5 TBSP toasted sesame oil
- 5 TBSP coconut sugar
- 5 TBSP rice vinegar
- 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
- 2 TBSP tapioca flour
- Optional for topping:
- green onions

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the chicken. Add the chicken and stir together.
- Heat a large skillet or wok with the avocado or coconut oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken, only stirring a few times, so it can crisp up on the outside.
- While that's cooking, make the sauce by whisking together all the sauce ingredients.
- Once the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, pour the sauce over the top.
- Toss with the chicken and cook for a few minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
- Remove promptly and top with sliced green onions, if desired.
- I served mine over rice, but you could serve it over cauliflower rice!
