This Mahi Mahi is delicious and made in a flash! A perfect weeknight meal that’s excellent for your health.

|Cook Time||20 minutes|
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place filets in a 9x13 pan and pour melted butter over them.
- Sprinkle generously with the Herbes de Provence and salt.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes, remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
