My grandma concluded her time on this earth yesterday afternoon. She and my grandpa had dramatic influence in my life and knowing she is gone has stirred a sense of nostalgia and reflection in me. Study shows hypersensitivity to foods a cause for ADHD…and a trail mix recipe!
Many of you have read about our experience with our son and his dietary changes. I'm very intrigued by the connections between diet and behavior in children (and adults). I stumbled upon this article while doing some research for a recent presentation.
