Italian Drop Biscuits
Recipe: Italian Drop Biscuits 2 1/2 cups almond flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 TBSP Italian seasoning 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup organic palm shortening (you can pick this up at Whole Foods or other health food sections at grocery stores) or pastured butter Preheat oven to 340 degrees. Grain-free tortillas
My dad was East Indian, and as a result, I grew up eating Indian Roti. It was delicious. The warm tortilla-like soft bread dipped in a traditional Indian dish and the memories of scooping up a bit of rice and meat and stuffing it into my mouth still make my heart go pitter-patter.
