This recipe tasted even better than I expected, and it’s SO SIMPLE. The combination of sweet and savory is the perfect match! When cooking with honey, make sure you cook it for at least a minute, giving it a chance to form that perfect glaze, and bringing in the flavor of the spices nicely. - Shrimp:
- 1/2 lb Shrimp: peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp oil
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1 tsp Save the Day Alvi's Incredible Seasoning
- broccoli
- 2 cups broccoli chopped
- 1/3 onion chopped
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/3 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Save the Day Alvi's Incredible Seasoning

- In a sauté pan on medium-high heat, start cooking the onion and broccoli in oil. Cook for 3 minutes. In another pan, start cooking shrimp in oil. Add 2 Tbs broth at a time to broccoli, each time cooking until the liquid is absorbed (only takes about 30 seconds each time). When the shrimp has almost completely changed color, but not quite, add Alvi's Incredible and honey and sauté for about 1 minute more. Add Alvi's incredible to broccoli and stir in. Serve shrimp over broccoli as you would over rice.
