In a sauté pan on medium-high heat, start cooking the onion and broccoli in oil. Cook for 3 minutes. In another pan, start cooking shrimp in oil. Add 2 Tbs broth at a time to broccoli, each time cooking until the liquid is absorbed (only takes about 30 seconds each time). When the shrimp has almost completely changed color, but not quite, add Alvi’s Incredible and honey and sauté for about 1 minute more. Add Alvi’s incredible to broccoli and stir in. Serve shrimp over broccoli as you would over rice.
