Recipe: BBQ Teriyaki Salmon (Note: If you don’t want to BBQ this, you can just bake it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes, just make sure it’s wrapped!)
5 salmon filets
1 recipe homemade teriyaki sauce (it’s totally simple!)
Preheat grill or oven to 400 degrees, and marinate salmon in teriyaki sauce for at least a 1/2 hour. Remove salmon and wrap each one loosely in foil and poke holes in the top. Reserve remaining marinade. Cook salmon for about 15 minutes, until it flakes easily. While the salmon is cooking, add the remaining marinade to a saucepan and boil for a few minutes. Drizzle over salmon when done!
