Food prep is always overwhelming to me. I tend to be a procrastinator, so I need meals that are quick to put together. I don’t mind sticking something in the oven for a few hours, or having something simmer on the stove for awhile, but it’s the prep work that I like to have simple and quick. I’ve put together a list of 40 Paleo meals that can be prepped in 10 minutes or less. Simple = happy mommy.

I looked at a few recipes that caught my eye, but ALL of them contained dairy. Not what I was expecting from so-called paleo recipes 🙁
Life Made Full says
Alexx, there are quite a few recipes in there that don’t contain dairy, or the dairy can be eliminated/subbed out. I’m sorry they didn’t meet your expectations!

I love quick and easy, but healthy, meals! Thanks for sharing!

MANY of these are not Paleo (include dairy, beans, etc.) The name of this post should be changed to say gluten free not paleo as to not deceive people who are needing to follow this diet.

Hi, Megan. Can you please tell me which recipes are not compliant? They should definitely not be included in this list, and may have just been accidentally passed over.
Paleo j says
Hi there I clicked on many of these and they weren’t paleo. Also many of them cannot be made in 10 minutes because they include steps or ingredients that also require lengthy prep. For example, using pre cooked chicken or homemade mayo.

Hi, Paleo j. Can you tell me which ones are not Paleo?
