40 paleo meals prepped in 10 minutes Food prep is always overwhelming to me. I tend to be a procrastinator, so I need meals that are quick to put together. I don’t mind sticking something in the oven for a few hours, or having something simmer on the stove for awhile, but it’s the prep work that I like to have simple and quick. I’ve put together a list of 40 Paleo meals that can be prepped in 10 minutes or less. Simple = happy mommy.

    I looked at a few recipes that caught my eye, but ALL of them contained dairy. Not what I was expecting from so-called paleo recipes :(

      Alexx, there are quite a few recipes in there that don’t contain dairy, or the dairy can be eliminated/subbed out. I’m sorry they didn’t meet your expectations!
