Recipe: Scallop Veggie Skillet
~2 lbs wild bay scallops
6-8 sweet mini peppers (I buy the big bag at Costco), sliced
1/2 lb asparagus, cut into 1″ pieces
2-3 TBSP avocado or coconut oil
garlic salt to taste
paprika to taste
