My To Die For Chocolate Chip Cookies are probably the best grain-free cookies I’ve ever had. And I’m not just saying that because they’re my recipe. =) They are the closest thing to “real” cookies I’ve had, and my kids all agree!
I was kind of lazy the other day and felt like baking, but didn’t want to make like 4 batches of cookies. So, I decided I would make my cookies into cookie bars to mix it up and honestly make it simpler. I was so happy with the results, and my kids could have been on a commercial for these things they were so thrilled with them. Believe me, you will be happy with these Paleo Cookie Bars!

Oh I just made these beautiful Paleo Cookie Bars. They are delicious.
I had to replace 1 cup of the almond flour with 1 cup of Hazelnut flour (I didn’t have quite enough almond flour). It took it to another level. If you like chocolate and hazelnuts together you will love these. Thank you for your creativity.
