Artichokes have so many health benefits and are an excellent addition to any meal. Using a little secret ingredient makes this recipe unique and delicious!
This is an example of how just a little bit of seasoning can make something into “best ever”. Just make sure you don’t melt the butter too much for the hollandaise or it will be too runny.

- 2 Large artichokes
- 1 TBSP Save the Day Italian Seasoning
- Hollandaise:
- 1/2 cup butter or ghee melted but still a little soft
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp Save the Day Italian Seasoning
Ingredients

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add artichokes and Italian seasoning.
- Boil for approx. 30 minutes or until fork inserts into the artichoke stalk easily.
- While artichokes are cooking, make hollandaise by putting egg yolks in a blender and slowly adding the butter. Serve immediately.
