Ok, I know these chocolate peanut butter cookies don’t look like anything to write home about, but seriously, they are the BOMB! They took about two minutes to throw together and my kids gobbled them all in about another two minutes flat. Not only are these cookies delicious and easy to make, but they are dairy-free and gluten-free cookies, too! Bonus!
Chocolate + peanut butter combination is always a good idea. Always. Well, mostly always. But in this case, definitely. Chocolate? Peanut butter? Flourless? Your friends and family (and your belly!) will thank you!

I made the Chocolate PB cookies last night. YUMMY!!
But, my cookies turned out dark brown, not pretty like your picture. Did I do something wrong?
LOL
The guys at work are gobbling them up fast!
Shanti Landon says
Hi, Jen! It could be a couple things–maybe your cocoa powder was darker than mine? I use Trader Joe’s brand…or, they could have been cooked a little too long. Oven temps do vary quite a bit, so yours may bake hotter than mine. I’m glad they still turned out, though!

Do you know what the nutritional info is for this recipe? Namely the carb count
Shanti Landon says
Hi, Bridget! I’m not sure–I believe there is an online tool, though, where you can input ingredients to find out! So sorry I’m not more help!
Vicki says
I tried substituting almond butter and the batter is very thin, any suggestions
Shanti Landon says
Hmm. Was it really oily? How did the cookies end up turning out? The batter is definitely more “wet” than regular cookies, but shouldn’t be runny.
