Taste awesome! Although recipe says makes 12 we found them very rich and cut them into 36 bite size pieces. I was wondering how long will they keep and are they freezable?
Life Made Full says
They can probably keep for up to a week in the fridge, a few days on the counter. Not sure about freezing and then thawing…if you try it, let me know how it turns out!
Debbie says
Well although rich they never last long enough to try freezing! So yummy!

Made these today and they taste great, but mine came out pretty doughy in the middle, but crumbly around the edges. Is this how it should be?
Life Made Full says
Hmm. Mine were a bit flaky, but not overly so. Sorry you had problems with it! =(

Ya know I never write comments or put my 2 sense on anything because I dont like giving out my email and jumping through hoops of fire to just be able to write a comment. But I just had to. I just made these ok. Let me stress to you that I am not a good cook. It does not come natural to me. Im almost clueless in the kitchen. I did not have high hopes because basically every paleo dessert or pancakes or bread ivemade has been inedible. Lol. But THESE WERE AWESOME!!!!!!!! PRAISE THE LORD HALLELUJIAH!!!!! I love you and your website, and I now dub myself as your biggest fan! Not only was it simple but the ingredients I actually had in my kitchen! Almost every recipe that I come across it requires 50 million weird expensive ingredients that you have to go to a special store for or find online and it only lasts for 1or 2 recipes. Its a bbummer lol. But THIS, THIS JUST MADE MY DAY. IT IS DELICIOUS. AND I MADE IT. HA! GOD BLESS YOU AND ALL DO YOU. JESUS AND I BOTH LOVE YOU!

Robbie Parker says
These look so good but I would like to know how many calories are in a serving?
Life Made Full says
Hi, Robbie! I’m sorry, I don’t have nutritional info. You may be able to find a site where you can enter the ingredients? Sorry!
Theresa says
You know they’re good when you keep sneaking to the fridge to have “just one more bite”
Life Made Full says
Ha! I know the feeling. =)

These were very delicious! However, I didn’t have almond flour, just regular wheat. I tried to find what the ratio is when using wheat instead. The only thing I found was when substituting almond flour for wheat to use the same amount and add more if it’s too runny, so I assumed it was a 1:1. It is not. 🙂 It turns out horribly dense. But as I said, very delicious tasting and the peanut butter top turned out great!
