How to Use a Neti Pot (with embarrassing how-to video!)

Have you ever wondered how to use a Neti Pot? Superman is a big fan of the Neti Pot. He uses it every year in the springtime when blossoms start coming out, and he swears by it. This year, for the first time ever, I had allergies. Superman insisted I try the Neti Pot, and no matter how hard I fought it, he just wouldn’t let it go. So, I caved. And I decided to document my experience. So, here you go. Here’s the embarrassing video of me using the Neti Pot for the first time. =)

Update: It worked great! The pressure in my sinuses was greatly improved after using the Neti Pot.

  1. My husband is trying the Neti Pot tonight in an attempt to help with his snoring. *Fingers crossed* I really, really, really hope it helps! I’m with you – this whole process kinda skeeves me out! Maybe I’m just chicken, but I don’t think I could do it!
