Welcome to Day 1 of your 30-day at home Workout Challenge! If you haven’t joined in yet, but want to, step right up! Here are a few images to help you with proper form on your push-ups and air squats:
10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 air squats (5 rounds)*
*Remember: if you are new to activity, lower your reps. If you can’t do “regular” push-ups yet, start with modified push-ups by putting your knees on the ground.

Realizing I’m going to have to adapt a few things to get them in with the running program I’m using, but I did this after 35 minutes of walking/running yesterday and it felt awesome!
