These aren’t sugar free. But, they are dairy-free and soy-free and they came at the request of a friend, so how could I refuse?? Eat them with caution!
Recipe: Dairy-Free Chocolate Covered Macadamia Nuts (makes enough for a couple people to snack on)
1/3 cup dairy-free, soy-free chocolate chips
1/2 tsp coconut oil
3/4 cup roasted macadamia nuts (mine were salted)
Melt the chocolate chips, and stir in coconut oil. Stir in macadamia nuts and pour onto a plate covered with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, and enjoy!
