Day 2 CrossFit Challenge WOD (Workout of the Day)
If you can't run or hate running with a passion, you can replace each 1/2 mile run with 2 minutes of jumping jacks followed by 2 minutes of running in place. Or, you could jump rope for 5 minutes.
