So I've had lower back pain for almost 20 years. The level of intensity changes from day to day, but it's pretty much always there. I've done physical therapy, anti-inflammatories, stretching, I do the whole "squat with your legs, not your back" bit, more anti-inflammatories, and pretty much gave up on ever getting any lasting relief. Product Review: Easy Lunch Boxes Bento Containers
I've wanted these Bento Boxes for a long time, but shelling out $40-$50 per kid was just not an option. I was waiting for the perfect lunch box to come along. After a lot of research, I bought the kids these lunch boxes with these bags to carry them in. $13.95 for 4 containers + $8 for a cooler bag = $19 per kid (each kid gets 3 containers). Banana-Strawberry “Soft Serve”
This makes a big ol' batch of "soft serve" and is deliciously refreshing! You can cut the recipe in 1/2, or even 1/3 to make an amount appropriate for your family.
