Avocado Crunch

I was hungry for some avocado, but wanted a little crunch on it. So this is what I came up with. The combination of the smooth, soft avocado with the crunchy almonds is delicious!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Recipe: Avocado Crunch

1 avocado, diced

couple squirts of lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste

chili powder to taste

sliced almonds to top
