I am always trying to come up with fast, simple meals that are nutritious and flavorful. Skillet Chicken is one of the easiest meats to dress, and the possibilities of recipes to create with it are endless! I looked in my cupboard to see what spices I had, and the Herbes de Provence caught my eye. Herbes de Provence is a mixture of dried herbs typical of Provence. They typically contain savory, marjoram, rosemary, thyme and oregano and sometimes lavender leaves.
Herbes de Provence have a unique depth of flavor and are an excellent, simple way to liven up any type of meat!
