This pork roast is incredibly simple–just throw it in the slow cooker and forget it!

Ingredients
- 3-4 lb pork butt roast
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- favorite spice blend (I used a homemade one that had onion powder garlic powder, black pepper, and salt)

Instructions
- Place roast into slow cooker.
- Pour coconut aminos over it.
- Sprinkle generously on all sides with spice mix.
- Cover and let cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Shred and serve as desired!
