- 4 Mahi Mahi filets
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 TBSP Herbes de Provence
- 1 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place filets in a 9x13 pan and pour melted butter over them.
- Sprinkle generously with the Herbes de Provence and salt.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes, remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
