Whole30 Vegetarian Recipes
I’ve had a lot of people ask me for more Whole30 vegetarian recipes, so I thought I would put together a round-up!
When doing a Whole30, it can be easy to go heavy on the meat. A lot of times, it’s easier to just eat a chunk of meat than to prep some veggies. Last time I did a Whole30, I made a bunch of freezer meals in advance using recipes from my ebook, and it was so helpful!
If you’re trying to get more vegetables into your diet, even if you’re not eating Whole30, these are some great recipes to try. They’re all Paleo, gluten free and vegetarian!

Wow, great resource. I’ve been in a meat and raw veggie plate rut lately, but this list is inspiring and the photos are making my mouth water. Thanks for this resource!!

/mushroom-mattar-methi-malai/ is not Whole 30 approved. I special ordered ingredients from Amazon and spent all afternoon making it only to realize peas are not approved.
Shanti Landon says
Hi, Kristin. I am SO sorry about this. My assistant sometimes helps me with roundups, and must have missed this. I apologize! =(
nrnr says
i know this is very delayed, but peas are certainly compliant! Sorry your dinner suffered.
Danielle says
These recipes all look very tasty and most would work to fulfill the veggie component of a compliant Whole30 plate but almost none are a stand alone meal as they lack the protein component of the meL template. Some meals are just flat out non compliant- like zucchini noodles with vodka sauce and the pumpkin Dahl.
PS Your Vegetarian Korma is a staple in our house and is easily adapted to Whole30 infact we had it for dinner tonight
Shanti Landon says
Hi, Danielle! Thanks for your comment! The Pumpkin ‘Dal’ is compliant–not sure which ingredient you’re referring to that’s not? Same goes for the Zucchini Noodles with Vodka Sauce–they are compliant as well!
K says
I’m guessing that she didn’t actually go to the recipe to check the ingredients. I made the assumption that the vodka sauce actually had vodka in it, and is therefore not compliant.
