Holy cow. How have I never thought of doing this before? These Paprika Fried Avocados are incredibly simple. It’s almost embarrassing, actually.
Avocados are filled with healthy fats, are great at keeping you satiated, and have tons of nutrients in them. Did you know they contain more potassium than bananas and they can help lower triglyceride and cholesterol levels, too? See, I told you they were good!
They crisp up on the outside, and almost melt in your mouth as you eat them! The paprika gives a smoky flavor to this wonderful recipe!
