Creamy Crockpot Chicken with Kale has black beans in it. I thought that was a “no” on the Whole30 plan. ??
Life Made Full says
Black beans are definitely out–I mentioned in there that there were a few recipes that had dairy or beans, and to just eliminate those as needed. Hope that helps!

These are not all Whole30, cheese, honey, and beans are not allowed on the true Whole30 challenge.
Life Made Full says
Hi, Dyann. Yes, please note that in my post I stated that a few of the recipes had added ingredients like beans or cheese, and that you would eliminate them to make them officially Whole30.

For truth in advertising, you shouldn’t put these out there on Pinterest as Whole 30-compliant meals if you have to eliminate some ingredients. The idea of a Whole 30 meal is that it ALREADY doesn’t include non-compliant ingredients.

Why don’t you people just THANK the woman for putting great recipes on her blog. You know what isn’t allowed. Eliminate it on your own! GEEZ!

I feel this is so helpful to have tried and true recipes in one site, and I love that you included a few other recipes and communicated clearly that adjustments would need to be made to make the recipe whole30 do-able. Thank you, Shanti !!

These look delicious! I like, too, that you mention where we would need to adjust in order to make them “Whole30” approved. 🙂 I can’t wait to try some of these!
