  1. Lay the lobster tails on a baking sheet covered with foil.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top of the tail all the way down to the fin.
  3. Gently pull the open shell apart a bit.
  4. Mix together the butter, garlic powder, salt and paprika.
  5. Drizzle into the cavity that you created.
  6. Broil in oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on size of your lobster tails.
  7. Tails are done when the flesh is white and the shells are reddish-orange.
