Ingredients

chicken thighs
bone-in

crushed ginger

minced garlic

crushed red pepper flakes
add more if you like it spicy!

coconut aminos
(you can buy this at Whole Foods as well for about $6/bottle where I am)

Red Boat fish sauce

olive or avocado oil

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a bowl.
Add chicken to a large glass dish and pour marinade over chicken, tossing to coat.
Refrigerate for at least one hour, stirring at least once.
Grill as directed on your BBQ, until juices of chicken run clear, and enjoy!
