Ingredients
1.5 to 2
lbs
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4
cup
tapioca flour
2
TBSP
olive or avocado oil
2
TBSP
sesame oil
1
tsp
salt
3
TBSP coconut aminos
~1
TBSP
sesame seeds
1
pinch
red pepper flakes
more or less depending on how spicy you want them!

Instructions
Heat olive or avocado oil in a large
wok
over medium-high heat.
Chop chicken into small pieces, and toss with tapioca flour and salt.
Add to
wok
and cook until browned and almost cooked through.
Add in the sesame oil, coconut aminos and red pepper flakes and cook until chicken is done.
Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired, and serve in romaine lettuce.
