  1. Grease a 9×13 pan with butter or coconut oil and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter and marshmallows in a large glass bowl in microwave for 2-3 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  3. Add in cereal and peanut butter and stir quickly to combine.
  4. Spread into greased pan and let cool for 15-20 minutes.
  5. While that’s cooling, melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  6. Spread over rice crispy treats and let cool completely before eating. Enjoy!
