Add all ingredients to large Ziploc bag and let marinate for about a 1/2 hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil.
Place fish on baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, then turn broiler on and broil for 5 minutes to crisp the top.
While that’s cooking, add remaining marinade to a small saucepan and over medium high heat, bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes until reduced.
Remove fish from oven and drizzle reduced sauce over, if desired.
