Ingredients

cod filets

cup
coconut aminos
you can pick this up at Whole Foods

sesame oil

TBSP
honey

cloves
minced garlic
1/4
cup
green onions
chopped
1/2-1
tsp
red chili pepper flakes
salt/pepper
to taste

coconut oil
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except coconut oil, to large Ziploc bag.
Let fish marinate for at least an hour in the fridge (you can skip this step if you’re in a hurry).
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place fish in skillet, discard remaining marinade, and cook about 4-5 minutes per side, until fish flakes easily.
