Lemon Garlic Pork Chops
Ingredients

pork chops
7-8
cloves of garlic
cut into chunks
Juice of one lemon
1/2
cup
butter or ghee
1/2
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
ground black pepper
1
cup
fresh grated parmigiano reggiano cheese
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic, lemon juice, salt & pepper and lower heat.
Cook on low for about 5 minutes, until fragrant, then set aside.
Set pork chops into a glass baking dish and pour butter mixture over top,
straining out the garlic if desired
, making sure it covers each chop.
Sprinkle with cheese (if desired) and bake for about 25-35 minutes, until cooked through (cooking time will vary depending on thickness of your chops)
