Ingredients

blanched almond flour

unsweetened shredded coconut

salt

baking soda

eggs

coconut oil

pure vanilla extract

tsp
lemon extract

pure maple syrup
1/2
cup
unsweetened full-fat coconut milk
coconut oil for greasing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease two
8-inch round cake pans
with coconut oil. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Whisk together the eggs, coconut oil, vanilla, lemon extract, syrup and coconut milk.
Stir into dry ingredients until combined.
Spread into
cake pans
, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool completely before removing from pans and frosting, if desired.
