Homemade balsamic vinaigrette & and anti-inflammatory salad
Ingredients

cup
olive oil or avocado oil
1/2
cup
balsamic vinegar
2
tsp
raw honey
2
tsp
mustard
(if you’re following AIP you can sub a small handful of arugula for added “bite” in the dressin!)
2
cloves
minced garlic
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on low until well combined, then serve!
Makes 4-5 servings.
