Ingredients

blanched almond flour

unsweetened cocoa powder
tiny pinch
Spice Island cayenne pepper

baking soda

coconut oil
melted

eggs

Spice Island pure vanilla extract

honey or pure maple syrup
Peanut Butter Frosting:

cup
organic peanut butter
1/4
cup
organic powdered sugar
1/4
cup
almond milk
or other dairy free milk
splash vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line muffin tin with liners.
Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl and set aside.
Whisk eggs, melted coconut oil, vanilla and honey or syrup together and pour into dry ingredients.
Stir until combined and pour into muffin liners.
Bake for about 18-20 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool completely, and frost with frosting:
Mix together all the frosting ingredients, add milk very slowly until the right consistency is achieved.
