Ingredients
6
medium to large peaches
peeled and sliced
1/4
cup
coconut sugar
1/4
cup
honey
1
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
salt
Topping:
1
cup
blanched almond flour
1/2
cup
coconut flour
1/4
cup
coconut sugar
1
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
cup
softened butter or coconut oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together the peaches, coconut sugar, honey, cinnamon and salt.
Pour into a
10-inch cast iron skillet
and place in oven for about 10 minutes.
While that’s cooking, make the topping:
Stir together the almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar and cinnamon.
Using a fork, cut in the softened butter or coconut oil until the mixture is crumbly.
Remove peaches from oven, and top with topping.
Place back in oven and bake for another 20-30 minutes, until golden brown on top.
Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
