Grain Free Gingerbread House Recipe!
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients and stir well.
  3. Stir together the melted butter or shortening and molasses, then add into dry ingredients.
  4. Add in 1/3 cup water, and stir to combine.
  5. Let sit for a few minutes, and then press into gingerbread house mold as directed.
  6. Bake for about 13-15 minutes, until done, but the edges aren’t turning dark yet.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely before removing from mold.
  8. Follow directions on packaging to assemble the gingerbread house.
Recipe Notes

I used the “royal icing” recipe on the packaging, which was organic powdered sugar, cream of tartar and egg whites whipped together. The kit also includes piping bags for the frosting!

For sprinkles or other decorations, you could use something like THESE or THESE.
