Ingredients
For the dough:

almond milk

cup
hot water

butter

almond flour

tapioca flour

coconut flour

active dry yeast

cup
coconut sugar

For the cinnamon swirl:

cinnamon
1/4
cup
pure maple syrup

TBSP
coconut oil
melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a regular
loaf pan
with coconut oil.
Stir together the almond milk, hot water and 2 TBSP butter. Add in yeast and set aside.
In a large bowl, add in the remaining ingredients for the dough, and then stir in the yeast mixture.
Pour into loaf pan and let sit while you make the cinnamon swirl mixture:
Stir together the cinnamon, maple syrup and melted coconut oil, and pour on top of dough in loaf pan.
Using a knife, swirl up and down, left and right to mix the cinnamon into the dough a bit.
Let sit for about 15 minutes before placing in oven.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
Optional:
For an extra sweet treat, top with your favorite icing.
Let cool for about 15-20 minutes before slicing.
