Gluten Free Peach Cobbler!
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a 9×9 glass pan, stir the peaches, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and tapioca flour until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together the ¾ cup sugar, cinnamon, egg and GF flour with a fork until crumbly, and sprinkle over peaches.
  4. Drizzle butter evenly over topping.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving, and enjoy!
