Gluten Free Peach Cobbler!
Ingredients
Filling:

peaches
peeled and sliced
1/4
cup
organic granulated sugar
1/4
cup
organic brown sugar
3/4
tsp
ground cinnamon
pinch
nutmeg

tsp
tapioca flour or arrorowroot starch
Topping:
¾
cup
organic sugar
3/4
tsp
cinnamon
1
egg
1
cup
gluten-free 1 to 1 baking flour
½
cup
butter
melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a 9×9 glass pan, stir the peaches, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and tapioca flour until combined.
In a separate bowl, stir together the ¾ cup sugar, cinnamon, egg and GF flour with a fork until crumbly, and sprinkle over peaches.
Drizzle butter evenly over topping.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving, and enjoy!
