Ingredients

Langostino lobster tails
thawed and drained
1/2
cup
butter
melted
2
TBSP
white wine
2
tsp
minced garlic
2
tsp
dried cilantro
or fresh if you have on hand!
1/2
cup
fresh grated parmesan cheese
1/2
cup
gluten-free Panko breadcrumbs

tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Pour Langostino into bottom of a 9×13 pan.
In a bowl, combine the butter, white wine, garlic and cilantro. Pour over Langostino and stir to coat.
In another bowl, combine the
Panko
, parmesan, and salt, then sprinkle over the Langostino.
Bake in oven for about 10 minutes, then flip oven to broil and cook another 5-6 minutes, until golden brown.
