Ingredients

oz
bag of your favorite gluten free pasta (I used this brand from Costco)
1
jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
16
oz
container of ricotta cheese
8
oz
fresh grated parmesan cheese
8
oz
mozzarella cheese
8
oz
frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)

tsp
garlic powder
1-2
tsp
salt
Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente.
In a bowl, combine the ricotta, parmesan, spinach, garlic powder and salt.
Place a thin layer of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a
9×13 pan
.
Layer some pasta on the bottom of the pan, then place some of the ricotta mixture on top.
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Add more sauce.
Repeat layers until all the ingredients are used up.
Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
