  1. Peel the apples, remove seeds, slice thin and place in bottom of Instant Pot.
  2. Add cinnamon and water, then stir to combine.
  3. Stir together the remaining ingredients and spread on top of mixture.
  4. Secure the lid on the instant pot. Use the manual setting, and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  5. Let pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then turn the valve to vent. Let release the rest of the air, and then you can remove the lid, let cool for a few minutes, and eat!
Recipe Notes

If you are like us, you may like more of a crumble topping. If this is the case, double the butter, oats, flour and brown sugar. 

Also, if you are using a more tart apple variety like Granny Smith, you may want to add a bit of maple syrup to the apples to sweeten them a bit.
