Ingredients
Apple mixture:
1/2
cup
coconut sugar or organic brown sugar
1/2
cup
raw honey
5-7
large apples
peeled and cut into chunks (I used Granny Smith)
1/2
tsp
salt

tsp
cinnamon
Topping:
2/3
cup
gluten free oats
2/3
cup
coconut sugar or organic brown sugar
1/4
cup
Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free Flour Blend
I buy at Costco for $6.99 for 5 lbs

ground cinnamon

softened butter or coconut oil

tsp
pure vanilla extract
Instructions
Combine ingredients for apple mixture, and pour into bottom of crockpot, spread evenly.
Mix topping ingredients until combined.
Sprinkle over top of apple mixture.
Cook on low for 4 hours, or high for 2 hours.
If you have time, let sit for about a 1/2 hour after to thicken a bit.
Enjoy!
Note: I let mine cook for 4 hours, and sit on “warm” for 2 hours since we weren’t home, and it turned out wonderfully!)
