Ingredients

softened

organic brown sugar

organic granulated sugar

pure vanilla extract

Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free Flour Blend

unsweetened cocoa powder

baking soda

of your favorite chocolate chips

organic powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars on medium speed.
Add the egg and vanilla and continue mixing until combined.
Slowly add in the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt until incorporated.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheet and bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, just until the tops are set.
Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to continue cooling.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
