Ingredients

+ 3/4 cup organic sugar

gluten-free 1 to 1 baking flour

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Toss together blackberries, 3 TBSP sugar and 2 TBSP lemon juice and pour into an 8×8 glass baking dish.
In a separate bowl, stir together the 3/4 cup sugar, egg and GF flour with a fork until crumbly, then spread over blackberries.
Drizzle butter evenly over topping.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving, and enjoy!
