Garlicky Zoodles with Slivered Almonds

  1. Take the prepared zucchini (ends cut and peeled) and using your spiral vegetable slicer, spiralize your 3 zucchini.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok and add the zucchini, red pepper, salt & pepper and 1/2 the almonds.
  3. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender.
  4. Remove to serving tray and sprinkle with remaining almonds.
  5. Enjoy!
