  1. Heat the palm shortening in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Stir together the tapioca flour, salt, cumin & pepper.
  3. Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture.
  4. Place some of the wings in the skillet (don’t crowd) and cook a few minutes on each side, until done (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  5. Remove and repeat until the wings are done.
  6. Meanwhile, add all the ingredients for the sauce to a saucepan, and whisk together. Cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.
  7. Serve with wings.
